I can't believe how fast time goes. We are already going into our fourth week of the semester. The second week of school was the total eclipse and all my teachers canceled class. How cool is that? Second week of school and already canceling classes!

For my trend forecasting class my teacher decided to give us the assignment of dressing up in clothes that resemble the eclipse. All we had to do was post a picture of our outfits on Instagram and use the hashtags she made for our class. I had no idea what I was going to wear because I have nothing space or eclipse looking. I ended up wearing my Star Wars shirt and big sunglasses.

I mean Star Wars can relate to the eclipse, right?

I thought I looked pretty cool and my teacher even liked my picture so that’s a plus!

So, it’s been awhile since I’ve posted but this summer has been crazy. I interned at Entourage Clothing this summer while working at David’s Bridal and took two online classes. Man, I can’t believe I actually got through this summer. It was one stressful summer but I learned a lot.

I learned more about the industry I want to work in and I realized the type of work environment I want to work in. I also learned that I actually can pass accounting 101!! Thank the Lord! I am finally done with that class and I am one step closer to graduating.

Towards the end of the summer I was offered to stay on with Entourage but long story short (very long story) I decided it was not the best fit for me. I also ended up leaving my job at David’s Bridal which was hard but honestly, it’s for the best. I’m finally able to focus solely on my school work and that’s never been a thing.

I am fortunate enough to have such awesome parents that are willing to help me out and allow me to just be a college student for my last year of college. I cannot be more blessed to have them in my life. I seriously would be lost without them.

I am also blessed to be where I am today. I never in a million years ever would have thought I would be graduating from The University of Georgia. School has been such a struggle for me my whole life and I can’t be prouder of myself. I am looking forward to May of 2018!!
